Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Local delivery in Vancouver may take up to 7 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Shipping is available within Canada and the United States only.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after placement.

Are crochet flowers suitable for outdoor use?
Not recommended. Best for indoor or covered environments.
How should I style the flowers in a vase?
Each stem is bendable. Similar or contrasting color combinations are suggested. Styling guidance available upon request.

Are there offers for returning customers?

Returns & Damaged Items
Can I return an item?
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom and clearance items are final sale.
What if my order is damaged?
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Replacement or refund may be arranged.
